Return and Refund Policy (Damaged Items Only)
At Xshark, we only offer refunds or replacements for products that arrive damaged or defective.
To request a refund or replacement, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing:
- The sealed package before opening
- The full unboxing process
- The visible damage or defect
Important Conditions:
- The unboxing video is mandatory for all damage claims
- Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted
- The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
If the issue is verified, we will:
- Provide a replacement, or
- Issue a refund, depending on the situation
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Damage caused after delivery
